Consequences Charity Privacy Policy


 

  • Information you provide – When we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, credit card and billing address or other payment information)  this information is being processed through PCI Data Security’s global standards of practice to protect cardholder data recommended by; Wells Fargo/Wachovia internet merchant services department.
  • User communications – When you send email or other communications to Consequences Charity, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. However, we will never “sell” your information or allow other entities access to or use of your information with the exception of The Consequences Foundation.
  • Affiliated and/or linked sites – From time to time, The Consequences Charity may allow their website to be linked to another organization.  It should be noted that we do not exercise control over the sites linked nor do we allow the transfer of data from our site to theirs. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you, should you elect to go on their site from the link and proceed with providing them information.  The Consequences Charity maintains no Privacy Policy for these other sites and therefore has no responsibility whatsoever for actions resulting your use of them.
  • Content, Advertising and/or creative work product - The Consequences Charity will use their website from time to time to display content, advertising and/or creative work product. The Consequences Charity shares no responsibility for the accuracy of such content, provided by other entities and displayed on our site.
  • Use of information - is solely for the purposes of operating The Consequences Charity for the specified intent herein and as stated on our website.
